工藝流程：
把三種化纖按比例稱好、拌均勻后加入開包機；開包原料由自動喂棉機輸入到開松機進行開松，蓬松的原料由風機送至給棉機上毛箱；經開松輥預開松后落入下毛箱平簾，底平簾由單向步進裝置將原料送入斜釘簾；通過斜釘簾向上運動，直接抓取并攜帶原料向上運動，當遇到均毛棍時，由于均毛棍與斜釘簾運動方向相反，將多余的原料從斜釘簾上勻整剝落；這樣斜釘簾帶上去的原料比較均勻、平整；當遇到剝毛輥時，剝毛輥將斜釘簾的全部原料剝落到振動箱內，振動箱內原料的上限、下限由光電開關控制，使之按一定數量和密度置于輸送平簾上；送入梳理機內進行反復梳理，制成單層或雙層纖維網，經鋪網機多層交叉鋪疊，把棉網送入縫編機，經編線圈結構編織加固多層纖維網，經牽伸定型進入分切再卷繞。把做好的縫編胚布通過熱壓成型。
產品性能：
幅寬按客戶需求裁剪，克重范圍7o-150g/m2,軟硬度根據客戶的實際來定做，布面無臟污、跳紗、斷紗、無斷針。
1、環保產品：不含偶氮、甲醛、五氯酚、八大重金屬(鉛， 鎘， 鋇 ，鉻 ，銻 ，硒 ， 砷 ， 汞)；
