用途：橡膠切片備料
特點：1、置于過水機后，切厚料以便疊放整齊，節省人工。
2、采用冷刀切，防止色差。
使用說明：
1. 操作時膠片一定整放正進入，如發現料片有偏向一邊，調整兩端彈簧受力一致。
2. 機臺在旋轉時，手一家不要伸進機臺里面。
3. 如發現膠片切不斷時，調整刀口間隙及修整刀口平整度。
注意：調整時一定要下掉鏈條用手轉動檢查刀口間隙。

1. The rubber slice must be put into consistent ,if found have one side blank , adjust the spring force at both ends of the same .
2. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.
3. If found the rubber slice could’t be cutting ,adjust the space of knife-edge and trim the knife-edge flatness .
